Bella's this is the year of the "High Heel". Heels have always been an addition to an outfit but this year heels are the outfit. I am working on my heel collection and I have the must have heel::: the patent nude(4 inches). Designers are on board and the heel game is better than ever. Here are a few of my favorite heels on the runways. Of course, we all can't afford heels on the runway but we can go to our local TJ-Maxx, Marshalls, and Ross Stores to find those six inch WALKERS!!!!!!!
