Last night, the 2011 Met Gala reigned supreme. Honoring the "late and great" Alexander McQueen and honorary designer Stella McCartney. Hollywood showed up and showed out but only will some looks go down in "Fashion History". This was the best red carpet I have seen in years and the fashion was amazing and different. There were bold colors, feathers, ruffles, metallic, and glamour. I felt the spirit of Alexander McQueen and the humbleness of Stella McCartney with lots of star power that was too much for one red carpet with multiple steps!!!!!!!!!!

| This is the first time I have seen Rihanna in something so simple but still so stated. Little Miss Sunshine looked beautiful and surprisely elegant. The detail and the long braid makes this a perfect look with a bit of color. Fabolous!!!! |

I love that she wore a toned down McQueen while others stars opted for other designers that wasn't being honored!  This dress reminds me of the dress she wore to the Oscars in 2009 by House of Deron!  |
